What each part of the service needs the camera to do.
Road collisions, height and water rescue, lift releases and standby duties. The camera goes on the crew member working in the open and stays with them for the call.
Most of a duty needs no recording at all. The calls that do are the ones that become an assault, a complaint about care, or a court date months later.
An inspector records the visit, the notice and the conversation that follows it. Where the visit carries enforcement powers, that recording becomes evidence.
The officer holding the cordon can show the operations room the scene instead of describing it over the radio.
Collapsed structures, water, height, and deployments a long way from home. A helmet mount keeps both hands free, and the debrief afterwards is built on what it recorded.
In-house crews at refineries, plants, ports and airfields answer to a site operator, and usually to a client’s safety rules as well.
What the footage is actually used for after the call.
An assault on a crew is on video, not reconstructed from memory weeks after anyone asks.
A complaint about treatment goes straight to the recording of that call, and most of them close there.
The visit, the notice and the conversation that followed are all on file, so an enforcement decision can be shown to whoever questions it.
On models that stream, the room watches the incident develop over 4G or 5G and commits the right resources sooner.
Video of an actual incident is the most honest material a debrief can use. Nothing staged, and nothing remembered wrong.
The dock charges a camera and empties it in one action, so a watch coming on duty never picks up yesterday's footage.

The cameras we supply are rated to +60 °C. A compartment fire runs far past that. Interior attack needs a purpose-built heat-resistant unit.
A body camera records what the eye sees. Finding a casualty in smoke is a thermal imaging camera's job, and that is not a product we supply.
The helmet mount fits a duty or rescue helmet. It is not a mount for a BA mask, or for a structural fire helmet with a visor and neck flap.
Footage records the encounter. It is not an observation, it does not belong in patient notes on its own, and it carries storage duties a written note does not.

Ambulance services are usually the first to adopt them, mainly to document assaults on crews and to settle complaints about care.

Between 9 and 13 hours of recording on one charge, depending on the model. The helmet unit reaches the top of that range on its second cell.
In the country it was recorded in, on the safe reading. Every deployment we build puts the server on your own hardware or on hosting inside your country.
Live earns its cost where the operations room acts while a call is running. Offline removes a monthly data line per camera. Both end up on the same server.
