Body Camera Supplier and Distributor in the UAE

Choosing a body camera supplier is mostly a question of what happens after the delivery note is signed. We have supplied body-worn and vehicle camera systems from our Deira office in Dubai since 2023, to government departments and enterprise operators across the UAE and the wider GCC.

01SpecificationWorking the requirement back from the shift pattern, the environment and who has to accept the footage. Most deployments are decided here, before any model is named.
02SupplyCameras, docking, storage and the evidence platform as one order, so the parts are known to work together and there is one number to call when something fails.
03DeploymentConfiguration, firmware policy and mounts fitted against the actual uniform. The offload is set up to run on its own, so nothing depends on an officer remembering.
04AftercareBatteries, spares, firmware and repairs. Abrasive dust and summer heat are hard on this hardware, so it is a running job rather than a handover.

Common questions

Questions we get before an order

The ones that come up most often once a requirement is on the table.

Are you an authorised body camera distributor?Yes. In practice that means firmware, warranty claims and genuine parts are handled from Dubai instead of being referred to a manufacturer abroad.
Can you support cameras we already own?If they came from one of our six manufacturers, yes. If not, we can often still supply mounts, batteries and docking for them, but firmware and warranty stay with whoever sold them.
Do you supply outside Dubai?Yes. We are based in Deira and equipment goes out from there to the rest of the Emirates and the Gulf, Abu Dhabi included. Aftercare runs on your working week wherever the fleet ends up.
Can we add to the fleet later?Worth settling before the first order rather than after it. Tell us roughly what a second phase looks like and we will say whether the model you are about to standardise on is one we expect to supply again.
Do you publish prices?No. A figure depends on the shift pattern, the retention obligation and how many cameras dock at once, so a list price would be wrong in both directions. Send us those three and we will work a real number back from them.
Do you supply private companies as well as government?Licensed guarding, logistics, construction and utilities make up a large part of what goes out. The specification changes between them more than the hardware does.
